Summer Band Camp is Week of July 10th

D200 band students entering 6th, 7th or 8th grade in the fall are invited to attend the district’s annual Summer Band Camp.  The camp runs for one week, from July 10-14, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. each day.  Camp takes place at Emricson Park in Woodstock under the large covered picnic area near the softball fields.  On Friday July 14th, band campers perform a final concert in the Woodstock Square at 7:00 p.m., showcasing the work and progress from the week. Band Camp is a fun way to meet up with old friends and make new friends; and it’s a terrific way to keep playing over the summer.
